I should write a FHE book

At dinner Natalie was talking about going swimming. She said she wanted to get her suit on and go swimming with Miles. I asked her if anyone else could come and she said, 'Caroline too.' We went through several iterations of that while she named two friends, Mom, Dad, Grandma...

Here's the rest of the conversation:

Me: And who else?

Natalie: Jesus

Me: Oh, Jesus is coming swimming with us?

Natalie: Um no, He might not fit in the swimming pool.

Me: really?

Natalie: Wait, He can't go swimming because He's wearing a Princess Dress.

Me: ???

Natalie: Yeah, Jesus loves me.

Well at least she got that last part right. Our next family night lesson will be titled - Why Jesus can't come swimming with us.


Brian figured out where the princess dress comment came from. We have this picture on our wall. Perhaps we'll have another lesson titled - How to tell the difference between a princess dress and a robe of glory.
